  • Rebuilt the collections orchestrator as a visual strategy builder and brought UX in-house.
  • Implemented a two-track operating model that absorbed a multi-million euro programme for a large European consumer bank without derailing other customers’ roadmap.
  • Helped implement and adapt Shape Up to enterprise B2B with CTPO Michael Backes and the Head of Engineering. Michael later documented the work in his book Shaping Enterprise; I reviewed the manuscript and am named in the acknowledgements.

  • Shipped iCrew, native iOS for crew and officers; iGuest, a passenger-facing web app; and iInfo, an iPad kiosk selling shore excursions to the passenger folio. iCrew still ships as an Oracle product today.
